A passport valid for at least six months from the application date with two empty pages (on one turn). A copy of the first page and the page with Saudi visa (if it has been issued previously) are also required.
Four recent passport size color photographs, background plain white. One of the photos is to be used in the page of client's info.
The original educational documents (certificates, diplomas, etc.) that confirm the qualification corresponding to the positions planned to be taken in the KSA. All documents must be translated into Arabic/English attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (if Specialist Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree is required).
A medical certificate and medical opinion issued by an appropriate medical institution (with the seal of the regional health center). Valid for only 3 months
Originals of test results (HEP B/C HEP/VDRL/HIV). Valid for only 3 months
Certificate of substance abuse examination and psychiatric examination (with notarized translation into Arabic/English). Valid for only 3 months
Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, translation into Arabic must be also attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Valid for only 3 months
Original of Islam adoption for those who adopted.
Ticket reservation for one month.
From Saudi Arabian side:
Original permission for a visa issued by the Ministry of Labor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Original of employment contract signed by both parties and certified by Chamber of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA.
The letter written in Arabic from the Saudi company addressed to the consular section describing the purpose of visit (certified by Chamber of Commerce in the KSA).
Copy of the Saudi company's registration certificate.
Important:
Documents submission from Monday till Friday from 11:00 till 15:00.
In case of re-applying the application form must be completed again.
In case of rejection only consular fee is refundable.
Each package of documents is reviewed separately.
Embassy of KSA in Ukraine may ask for additional documents.
