A passport valid for at least six months from the application date with two empty pages (on one turn). A copy of the first page and the page with Saudi visa (if it has been previously issued) are also required.
Four recent color photographs, size 3.5x4.5, background plain white. One of the photos is to be used in the page of client's info.
Diploma or certificate which confirms the profession written in the permission for visa.
Original of Islam adoption if adopted.

From Saudi Arabian side:
Original or copy of the permission for visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
From Ukrainian side:
Letter (in English) from a Ukrainian company addressed to the consular section describing the purpose of visit (certified by Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine).
Note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in case the person provides diplomatic or service passport. If the applicant does not have Ukrainian passport, a note from the Embassy of the country of his origin.
Copy of notarized company registration in Ukraine (without translation)
Important:
Documents submission from Monday till Friday from 11:00 till 15:00.
In case of re-applying the application form must be completed again.
In case of rejection only consular fee is refundable.
Each package of documents is reviewed separately.
Embassy of KSA in Ukraine may ask for additional documents.
