A passport valid for at least six months from the application date with two empty pages (on one turn). A copy of the first page and the page with Saudi visa (if it has been previously issued) are also required.
Four recent color photographs, size 3.5x4.5, and background plain white, one of the photos is to be used in the page of client's info.
Original of diploma and its conformation.
Original of sailor's passport.
Original of Islam adoption for those who adopted.
From Saudi Arabian side:
The letter written in Arabic from the Saudi company addressed to the consular section describing the purpose of visit (certified by Chamber of Commerce in the KSA)
Copy of the permission for a visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (certified by Chamber of Commerce in the KSA).
Copy of the Saudi company's registration certificate.
Occupation between the documents must coincide
Important:
Documents submission from Monday till Friday from 11:00 till 15:00.
In case of re-applying the application form must be completed again.
In case of rejection only consular fee is refundable.
Each package of documents is reviewed separately.
Embassy of KSA in Ukraine may ask for additional documents.
