Four recent colour photographs, size 3.5x4.5, background plain white, one of the photos is to be used in the page of client's info.

Copy of actual IQAMA(Residence permit) of the applicant, who is abroad of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the period of staying abroad shouldn't be more than:
- 7 months for those who have work permit;
- 12 months for students and for those who accompany their mothers in case they provide the documents which confirm their continuation of studying and/or the letter from their sponsor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which confirms the continuation of their work.
Certificate from the university attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (years of beginning and ending the study should be mentioned).
Paid ticket to Saudi Arabia.
Copy of student certificate.
Original of the certificate of place of living.
Proxy.
Original of Islam adoption if adopted.
From Saudi Arabian side:
Copy of letter from the Saudi company where the inviter works addressed to the consular section (certified by Chamber of Commerce in the KSA).
Copy of the Saudi company's registration certificate.
Copy of sponsor's passport in KSA
Copy of sponsor's IQAMA in KSA

Documents submission from Monday till Friday from 11:00 till 15:00.
In case of re-applying the application form must be completed again.
In case of rejection only consular fee is refundable.
